UK General Data Protection Regulations (UK GDPR)

The UK GDPR requires any organisation that gathers data on individuals to be open and transparent in relation to the use, storage, sharing and deletion of that data.

The Learning Academy Partnership has undertaken a full information audit across our School Trust, and will continue to do so in order to maintain an accurate record of our processing activities and to ensure UK GDPR compliance.

The first principle requires that we process all personal data lawfully, fairly and in a transparent manner. The lawful basis for our processing can also affect which rights are available to individuals.

  • GDPR Consent Form
You are free to withdraw your consent for any of the activities on this form at any time. To withdraw consent please complete this form or contact your school office.

We have appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO) who is responsible for overseeing our Data Protection Policy and implementation, to ensure the Trust remains UK GDPR compliant.  Each school is a Data Controller (DC) with responsibility for determining the purposes for which, and the manner in which, any personal data is processed.  If you have a query about yours, or your child’s personal data please contact your school in the first instance.

To contact our Data Protection Officer please email or telephone 01626 248800.
