Become a Governor in one of our schools

Our Local Ethos & Governance Committees are the local voice and link with the local communities and churches (Church Schools).

Trust Governors Advert

We are looking for school governors to join our Local Ethos & Governance Committees across all of our schools. Each committee serves the schools within their Hub:

* Newton & Teign Hub: All Saints Marsh and Dunsford

* South Devon Hub: Dartington and St Michael’s

* South Hams Hub: All Saints’ Thurlestone, Charleton and West Alvington

* Torquay Hub: Ellacombe, Ilsham and Warberry

As a School Governor you will play an essential role in enriching community relationships and communication by providing support, information, advice and challenge to our schools.

Our committees meet in the afternoon once every half term, and there are also opportunities to take part in Learning Walks within the schools.

If you have a passion for education and improving outcomes for all children, then this could be the role for you!
