School Improvement

We always put children first. Our strategy of school improvement and leadership is based on a deep partnership of school to school support, with proven outstanding leadership (at all levels), effective governance and outstanding teaching and learning. Our core values of  ‘Empowerment’ and ‘Excellence for All’, through collectively sharing and developing outstanding practice is at the heart of what we do. Central to our model of improvement is our determination to strengthen individual schools’ own capacity, capability and confidence and to empower all schools to achieve ‘Excellence for All’.

The Learning Academy Partnership recognises that the circumstances of different schools vary to such a degree that a ‘one size fits all’ approach is not appropriate and so alongside the Trust internal consistencies and framework for improvement, school improvement strategies are adapted to incorporate the specific needs, expertise or circumstances of each school.
