We always put children first. Our strategy of school improvement and leadership is based on a deep partnership of school to school support, with proven outstanding leadership (at all levels), effective governance and outstanding teaching and learning.

High Quality Professional Development

We offer a targeted programme of bespoke CPD for the whole school workforce and beyond. Modelling and coaching of high quality Teaching and Learning utilising the skills of our outstanding teachers, Specialist Leaders of Education [SLEs] and other leaders from within the LAP.

System Leadership

Together, we have an opportunity to improve the educational system. Outstanding leaders and teachers at all levels are key in facilitating school to school support. Bespoke, immediate and individual support for teachers with immersion in outstanding teaching and learning and the sharing and development of outstanding practice, has meant that improvement is rapid.

Collaboration

Shared structures, systems and procedures to ensure that there are consistent high quality policies and practices that operate across the partnership. Shared Governance with a high level skill base. An Academy Business Manager with system leadership experience; supports admin teams across schools.
